It was easy to get to and the staff was very friendly.
The room was fine, but the hallway smelled like smoke.

The room was well-kept and well-maintained with a safe box, TV and a microwave oven.
A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

The pool was perfectly cool, a refreshing escape after a long day. While the room itself had a coffee maker, the overall cleanliness could be improved, and the breakfast choices were somewhat limited. Easy access to the parking lot through a separate door was a thoughtful touch that helped with convenience.

Comfortable Stay with Great Pool Access
The pool was a refreshing retreat after our travels, perfect for the kids to unwind. Just a heads up-if you like cooler rooms, you might need to adjust your expectations. The staff were attentive!

The front desk staff was good.
I asked for a non smoking room. I got it, but the floor that my room was on smelled strongly of cigarette smoke as did my non smoking room. The same went for the sheets and the towels.

The guy working the night I checked in was very helpful
I stated 2 nights and my room didn't get cleaned in between. Also, my daughter visited and brought her dog. I was charged an extra $100 when I agreed to the $50 charge

The pool area was a cool retreat after a long day. The hotel was clean, and my room had a nice view.

The kids really enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed your staff. Very helpful and friendly. It was great that you made arrangements with the YMCA for exercise facilities while yours were under construction.
Beds seemed really cheap. When I sat on the edge, had to try and keep from sliding off because the whole bed went way down and they seem very small. Couple of my family members did not sleep well at all and were sore the next day.

Cool pool area, but breakfast options were limited and not very appealing.

Staff friendly, the landscape nice. Insides might have been nice if not remodeling.
remodeling, which made it dirty, pool was down, the main reason for us choosing the place, room really small, roll-away bed poor condition, thank goodness we were only staying one night. The smallest room of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Very disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is easy to get to. Shower was good.
The mattresses are terrible. Mine had a big hump in the middle of it and the mattress was so hard it was like sleeping on concrete. The pillows were terrible.
